There will be an operations-administration manager, a Human Resource manager, and a marketing manager for my nonprofit healthcare organization catering to mental health needs of patients. There will be 25 employees which will be needed in my startup. This is because there will be different areas of specialization in different departments in which the employees will be divided. The operations-administration manager will look after the regular operations as well as administration of the organization. As the organization will be a nonprofit organization, there cannot be too many managers hired in several management positions.
